Quality Corn S.A. specializes in the production of corn derivatives such as germ, flour, fine and coarse semolina, and hominy grits. This is achieved using state-of-the-art Swiss-German Bühler technology with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year.

Processing high-quality corn

The various grain varieties for semolina, controlled and supplied by QC Grain, are processed at the innovative facilities of Quality Corn. Here, the grain is transformed into corn derivatives for the food industry.

Completed in the spring of 2014, it is a highly efficient mill that meets all the quality standards demanded by our globally renowned clients.

Nixtamalized raw material

Built in 2024, our new nixtamalization and precooked flour plant, equipped with Swiss Bühler technology, allows us to reduce water consumption by 90% compared to traditional methods.

Our factory is the only one in Europe featuring this cutting-edge technology.

A wide variety of uses

Quality Corn products offer a wide range of applications, including breakfast cereals, gluten-free diet cookies, beer, extruded snacks, baby food, corn flour and starch, as well as excipients for the food industry.
