Gigaton Carbon Goal

This July, the Gigaton Carbon Goal was held in Paris, a gathering focused on reducing one billion tons of atmospheric CO2 through carbon emission and capture protocols in agricultural ecosystems. The mission is to implement sustainable and regenerative practices that directly benefit the environment while positioning agriculture as a climate-positive industry.

Representatives from Quality Corn Spain and Quality Corn France attended the event, where they had the opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, resources, and contacts with other participants. Upon their return, they are more convinced than ever of the importance of educating farmers about this issue, helping them understand the vital role they play.

Our group is committed to serving as a natural laboratory for implementing actions aimed at reducing CO2 emissions. As our representatives agreed, the key to effectively communicating with farmers lies in presenting models that are both successful and profitable.
