Collaboration with CITA to Study a Weed: Amaranthus palmeri

We are pleased to announce that this April, the Center for Agri-Food Research and Technology (CITA) is launching a new trial campaign aimed at studying and controlling the spread of Amaranthus palmeri, a weed that has rapidly invaded cornfields. This project has been made possible through the collaboration of various agri-food entities in Aragón, including our own.

Over the next three years (2021–2024), we will conduct continuous trials to develop effective solutions for this growing problem. We are committed to reducing the presence of this weed, which significantly impacts crop production and quality.
