Over 12% of the corn we receive from our French farms is certified #HVE (High Environmental Value).
This certification aims to identify and assess the most environmentally friendly agricultural practices, enabling their application and labeling on products. As a voluntary initiative, it serves as a key tool for promoting sustainable production and consumption by recognizing the environmental and health best practices of our farmers in the daily management of their farms.
For next year, we anticipate producing 4,000 to 5,000 tons from our French farms, continuing the progress made in 2020. These efforts reflect our commitment to sustainability as a priority fully integrated into our philosophy.
