With the aim of fostering biodiversity on our farm and promoting more sustainable agriculture, we have begun collaborating with Eco-Bats and SECEMU (Spanish Association for the Conservation and Study of Bats).
As part of this initiative, and joining a project that has successfully established a network of over 700 bat refuge boxes across Spain, our first goal in this meaningful mission has been to install bat refuge boxes. These will now serve as homes for the bats that choose to visit our crops. Moreover, as you can see in the photos, we believe they will receive a warm welcome with the “Welcome” message painted on them by the youngest members of our families.
It is a pleasure for our group—Liven Agro, Quality Corn, Ariéstolas Vid & Amaeton—to announce this new measure, which aligns with our ongoing efforts and brings us closer to one of our primary objectives: conserving the biological diversity of our habitats and ecosystems.
