Quality Corn S.A. is an enterprise that endeavours in the production of corn offshoots such as sprout, flour, fine and coarse semolina and hominy grits. The company uses swiss-german technology made by Bühler, offering a milling capacity of 100,000 t/yr.
We are in possession of a mill equipped with prime technology and machinery that is currently unique in Spain, and therefore are able process corn and its offshoots in the best manner.
The different grain varieties suitable for semolina that are supplied by Liven Agro S.A. are processed in the innovative facilities of Quality Corn. There, the grain is transformed into corn offshoots, mainly for the food industry. Completed in 2014, the mill is highly efficient and provides all quality standards demanded from our high profile clients situated all over the world.
Quality Corn products offer a large variety of applications, such as breakfast cereals, dietary biscuits (gluten-free), beer, extruded snacks, baby porridges, corn flour and starch as well as excipients for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
Currently, we are able to pack corn offshoots in big-bags of up to 1,200 kg.
